JIFSAN’s work in India with spices and botanical ingredients was featured in an article in the Food Safety Magazine August/September 2015 issue. The 
article is entitled Global Partnerships in Food Safety. It describes the process of establishing a Collaborative Training Center in partnership with 
the India Spices Board and the India Food and Agriculture Centre of Excellence. Current outreach and training activities within the Centre are
